1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within  1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that during high-volume seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer Free Standard Shipping worldwide (or to our designated shipping zones).

  • Estimated delivery time:  3 -15 business days after processing.

  • Cost: Free

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances with the courier or customs processing.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Shipping)

While we cover the cost of shipping the item to you, TheMayKaTrends is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.). For customers in the EU (e.g., Germany), please be aware that local customs authorities may charge import duties and VAT upon the arrival of your package.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

5. Damages or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately. If your package has been lost in transit, contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue with the carrier.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
